Mason was recently confirmed as the executive chef to a new restaurant in New Orleans opening in partnership with Coquette. He's 25 years old and was promoted to Sous Chef at Coquette after 1 and a half years of working there. Coquette is currently the #1 trip adviser restaurant recommendation in New Orleans.
