The apartment is great: french doors, good light, parlour floor, enough closet space BUT the square footage is comical. Its way livable but maybe 380sq/ft and has a murphy bed.
That said, if its time to move out on your own and leave the roommate its pretty perfect: $1500/mo and on a prime street in the fort greene/clinton hill hood.
